More Frosty

So I've made a little bit of progress on my Frosty!

This is the body, stuffed, with one leg sewn on. I kind of shoved the leg in there, and the needle is kind of dangling, too.

This is the top of stuffed Frosty!

This is the wool patch I plan on felting and sewing up the stuffing hole with. It doesn't matter that it's a different color and texture, because it will be covered by the hat. It is so I don't have to sew the stupid hole shut, and so that the velcro has something to stick to without ruining my beautiful knitting. Ruin the felt!
Here are some of my supplies. Black velcro to go on the bottom of the hat. Then, the round thing is one of those Record your own Sounds from Build-A-Bear. My sister's boyfriend so kindly picked one up for me today.
I told her boyfriend I'd repay him, so I don't know if you can see, but he changed the $8.00 to $8,000,000. He's hilarious....

Anyway, I still need to knit another leg and foot, and I haven't really even begun thinking about the arms! Agh. At least it will be like knitting mittens with long tubes, haha! I'll probably have to move off the size 11 needles to work on the detail of mittens, but ugh, whatever.
I also need to knit the hat, and the strip for underneath, then felt everything - so far the hat, under-hat-strip, and white patch need felting, I think.
Oh yes, and I need to work on the broom and pipe, but I think I need wire for those things. I plan on shaping the wire and wrapping the yarn around it in some way. Maybe felting it? Probably. I have brown wool. That could be both the broom and pipe, but maybe some orange/hay color for the broom. Bah bah I don't know. Michelle was helping me decide proportions and size and how to shape things and sew things, which was helpful, and she's coming tomorrow to help me some more, haha. It should be wonderful!
